She’s the author of But What Will People Say?: Navigating Mental Health, Identity, Love, and Family Between Cultures and a columnist for The Washington Post’s advice column Ask Sahaj. She’s also the creator of The Bicultural Brief, a professional digest for helping professionals working across cultures.
