Martha Sweezy, PhD, is an assistant professor, part-time, at Harvard Medical School; a program consultant and supervisor at the Center for Mindfulness and Compassion at the Cambridge Health Alliance; and has an online therapy practice. She teaches IFS nationally and internationally and has authored, co-authored, and co-edited several books on IFS, most recently Internal Family Systems Therapy for Shame and Guilt, 2023, Guilford Press.
