I know I have an account, but the website is not allowing me to log in. What does this mean?
Psychotherapy Networker offers many different types of programs. In order to provide these different learning formats and maintain accurate continuing education histories for each of our customers, we have split our programs and services into different accounts. Most likely, your login information is correct, but you are trying to log in at the incorrect location for the services that you are trying to access.
Bookstore Account: The bookstore account can be accessed by clicking the “Login” button in the upper, right-hand corner of psychotherapynetworker.org. This account is for product purchases such as DVDs, magazine quizzes, and your magazine subscription.
Distance Learning Account: Digital seminars and online courses are accessed through your distance learning account. You can access your distance learning account by going to catalog.psychotherapynetworker.org and clicking “Sign In.”
It’s also possible that your distance-learning account was created through PESI, Inc., and not through Psychotherapy Networker. If that is the case, you will receive a login message that notifies you that your account is on catalog.pesi.com, and you will be given an option to log into the PESI distance learning account. However, if you are trying to log in to purchase a Psychotherapy Networker online program, you will need to create a separate account on catalog.psychotherapynetworker.org.
If you receive the log in message, please click “Login with PESI.” After you log in, the website will automatically create an account for you on catalog.psychotherapynetworker.org and link your account on the two websites.
I’m trying to log into my account, but the “Forgot Password” email that I was sent says that the system doesn’t recognize my email. What does this mean?

How do I update my email address on my account?
Bookstore Account: To update your email address on your bookstore account, please call or email customer service.
Distance Learning Account: To update your email address on catalog.psychotherapynetworker.org, please log into your account and select “Change Email or Password” below your profile photo. If you have previously linked your distance learning accounts for PESI and Psychotherapy Networker, you will also need to update your email address on catalog.pesi.com and relink the accounts.
I have a distance learning account for both PESI and Psychotherapy Networker. Can I link them?
Yes; if you have an account on catalog.pesi.com and catalog.psychotherapynetworker.org, you can link them for easier access to both accounts. To link the accounts, log into your account on catalog.pesi.com, click the “Other Accounts” tab, and select “Link this Account.” You will need to enter your email address and password for the catalog.psychotherapynetworker.org account and click “Sign In.” After clicking “Sign In,” your “My Account” page will have a tab for your Psychotherapy Networker account and purchases and a tab for your PESI accounts and purchases.
