    San Franciso:
Marty your approach is so refreshing and common sensical! I hope to incorporate your ideas in my own work more and pass it on to my supervisees. Normalizing sex is an important aspect of work with our clients and ourselves. Thank you!

Highly recommended: film I saw at Sundance then titled "The Surrogate," now titled "The Sessions," proving (pretty graphically for a film starring mainstream actors) that sexual accommodations can be made for anyone who's willing, regardless of physical condition. Question: in the 1980s I attended a workshop designed for counselors, therapists, clergy, reporters, and others who might be exposed to a variety of non-mainstream sexual practices and practitioners, and who need factual info and to learn to be nonjudgmental. (We saw that modeled so beautifully today: facts and a nonjudgmental attitude.) Where does one go today for the kind of bombardment of cultural sexual images and information that taught me a few new things back then? Is there a workshop like that for our times of which you're aware? I checked out http:sexed.org and didn't see anything that intimated you would show the porn, the interviews with the pony boys, whatever. Do you?
