Joan Klagsbrun has an easy style of clarifying basic focusing ideas. She presents her major points in a comfortable, orderly manner. I was refreshed in hearing her.

Joan Klagsbrun has been such a big influence in one of my classes. One of the students talks about her all the time. It is really neat to see my classmates getting so excited for the work we will be doing shortly. http://www.dillydoor.com
