What’s Printed on Your Badge? Your workshop selections are printed on your badge. Our volunteers will check your badge as you enter each workshop, so please it easily visible. Also listed on your badge are the speaker meals you ordered along with the number of any special mealtime Networking Groups you requested. For a diagram of how to read your Personal Badge, click here.
Why is There an O or X on Your Badge? If none of your workshop choices for a particular time period were available, you’ll see the letter O on your badge, which represents Open Workshops. To view a list of Open Workshops, click here. You can attend any of these workshops without having your badge changed. The Open Workshops are the most popular sessions, and will all be in large ballrooms. The letter X just means you didn’t register for that day.
Your Personal Schedule Please take some time before arriving at the Symposium to review your Personal Schedule. Since the Omni Shoreham may seem like a complicated space—at least in the beginning—we have included directions to your workshop rooms on your schedule. We have also listed all of the other conference events going on, so you’ll always know what’s available to you.

Hours: Opening Reception, Thursday, 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM; Friday, 7:45 AM to 7:00 PM; and Saturday, 7:45 AM to 6:30 PM.
The 2014 Symposium Exhibit Hall will feature a vast array of books, DVDs, therapy products, and other vital resources and services for practitioners, as well as hard-to-find back issues of the Networker magazine.

LUNCH: There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. However, it’s expected that the volume of Symposium attendees will put a strain on nearby eating facilities and make it difficult to have a quick meal. On Friday and Saturday, you are welcome to purchase lunch in our spacious Exhibit Hall, where seating, entertainment, and free Wi-Fi will be provide. On Thursday and Sunday, box lunches can be purchased in the hotel’s lobby or snack shop.

Additionally, some Symposium attendees are allergic to scents, so please don’t wear perfume or after-shave during the day at Symposium.
