Joshua Townshend-Zellner • Thursday All Day
LOCATION: SUITE 225E
Life is all about working with what’s handed to us, especially in times of rapid and sudden change. Good therapy, like good improv, requires the ability to act and react in the moment, accept the givens of a situation, and always be willing to adapt.
Dress comfortably and be ready to move about and participate.
You will spend the day learning:
- How the rules of improv can transform your practice and your life
- Improv techniques that deepen your perception of what’s going on beneath seemingly mundane daily routines
- Improv games to loosen up and stimulate courage and creativity
- Techniques that will help you be more spontaneous and open and make “scenes” in your life “go another way”
Joshua Townshend-Zellner has been professionally involved in the theater and film industry for over 25 years as a writer, actor, producer, and director. Today he blends the world of theater improv with ancient yogic and shamanic traditions for his unique workshops.
