Robert Fisher • Saturday All Day
With our emphasis on therapeutic technique, we frequently overlook the role of the therapist’s own energy, emotional range, sense of aliveness and celebration, and openness to possibility. In this interactive, experiential workshop, rooted in the Hakomi approach, you’ll discover new ways to set aside your professional mask, access your own internal states, and attune with clients. We’ll focus on how we can make our therapeutic presence an inviting gateway to change, enhancing clients’ readiness to move forward and inspiring them to transform their lives. You’ll leave with a fuller sense of how to use yourself emotionally and somatically to connect with your clients, deepen the therapeutic process, and move to a new level as a healer. (This session will continue with Workshop 517.)
