This fun, gently active workshop will walk you through easy routines to help you combat fatigue and restore get-up-and-go throughout the day. You’ll learn breathing practices, yoga postures, and meditations that will help you refresh and increase your energy stores. You’ll explore a variety of practices for your own use, which you can also teach your clients. These include guided imagery to enhance motivation and clarify goals; mantra tones to elevate mood; and yogic meditations to promote mood regulation and a sense of resilience. The focus throughout will be on laughter as a pathway to self-inquiry, balance, and calm.
