Preparing your computer for video

If you have problems viewing the webcast, please try the following:

  1. Make sure you have computer speakers or a headset. Please make sure your audio is not muted.
  2. Test your internet bandwidth. Check here You will need a “downstream” network speed of 100+ Kbps.
  3. All major web browsers are supported. To learn more, click here.
  4. If your organization has high security settings, ask your IT staff to make sure Internet Ports 80 and 1935 are open.
