Products and Pricing
We offer a wide variety of learning and CE courses to suit your interests. You can learn more about the types of courses we offer from our FAQs page. Each product is described in detail and prices are clearly labeled on the product description page and in the shopping cart. Prices vary based on course type and length, so be sure to read carefully to make sure that the product you are purchasing will suit your needs.
How to Order
To access our store and order our products, you must first log in as a registered member of Psychotherapy Networker.
Once you are logged-in, go to the “Learning/CEs” or "Webcasts" headings on the top menu and look through our course offerings. When you have selected a course you wish to purchase, click the red order button.
When you are ready to check out, hover your mouse over the "My Purchases" heading and click "Your Shopping Cart." If your order is correct, click "Checkout."
If you have a coupon code, you can enter it at this step. Click “Checkout” when you are ready. If you have not already saved your Billing and Shipping Information with us, you will be prompted to do so. If you have questions about our Privacy and Security Policies, see below. We accept payment by Credit Card or COD. For more help making purchases, see the related questions on our FAQs page.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.
Most materials are available instantly online, but audio courses offer the option of receiving CDs by mail instead of downloadable MP3s. Shipping costs for this option are listed on the product description page. Products ordered by mail will arrive in 2 to 3 weeks.
To download a purchased MP3 file, right-click on the provided link and select “Save Target/Link As.” If you are using a Mac, hold down the "Ctrl" key and click on the link.
Refund or Cancellation Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an email explaining your concern and request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days. We are happy to work with you to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register as a user of our website. This information includes your email address and the password you create when you register. You must register to make and access purchases and to take advantage of promotions or special website features. Your information is secure and will only be used to give you access to our online community. We may also ask you to confirm personal information when you contact our Customer Service in order to protect your confidentiality.
