Marriage and Family Therapy Edgewood College, a liberal arts college in the Sinsinawa Dominican tradition, of Madison, Wisconsin, offers a Master of Science in MFT on a flexible schedule designed for working professionals. Our program is characterized by small class sizes, personalized instruction, and learning that takes place in a cohort-based team setting. Marital and Family Therapy The MA in Marital and Family Therapy offered at the University of San Diego's School of Leadership and Education Sciences is only one of four master's degree-granting programs in California that has national accreditation from the Commission on the Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education. Gallaudet University
Psychology The Department of Psychology offers a doctorate (PhD) in clinical psychology, with specialization in working with deaf and hard of hearing populations. The program has a life-span development philosophy and offers courses and opportunities for supervised practice with deaf people, with both early- and late-onset hearing loss. Students also develop general clinical skills through work with hearing populations and can serve a wide range of clients. The program combines traditional teaching methods with experiential study tours and direct clinical experience. This innovative program teaches the core clinical competencies necessary to respond to the mental health needs of the Latino community, with particular emphasis on applying psychological and systemic theories in counseling children, couples and families. Art Therapy Counseling Located 10 miles south of Portland, Oregon. Marylhurst's Master of Arts in Art Therapy Counseling is an intensive clinical program for students with a strong foundation in visual art and psychology.
