Do you perform “in the zone”--that effortless state of being in the flow and excelling at something that requires skill? Do you want to get “in the zone” systematically whenever you want? In this workshop, you’ll learn a set of skills and a structure that will put you in the zone and help you achieve peak performance on a consistent basis. You’ll discover how to relax at will, get into and maintain the ideal performance state, use imagery, choose your reactions to thoughts and emotions, refocus when you “lose it,” and develop a pre-performance mental prep-plan. By the end of the day, you’ll have the tools, exercises, and worksheets needed to maximize your potential in whatever performance arena you choose.
