Join instructor Amy Weintraub for a morning yoga session concentrating on breathwork, vitality, inner calm, and focused attention.

Tara Brach
9:00 - 10:30 a.m. - Regency Ballroom
Tara Brach, a leading teacher of Buddhist meditation and a clinical psychologist, will discuss our inclination to distract ourselves rather than forge strong emotional and spiritual connections and the role of psychotherapy in helping people break out of their everyday trance.
