Morning Yoga Practice 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. - Empire Room Join instructor Amy Weintraub for a morning yoga session concentrating on breathwork, vitality, inner calm, and focused attention.

Sunday Book Sales 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. – Diplomat Room Foyer & Birdcage Walk
Keynote Address "True Refuge: Three Gateways to a Fearless Heart" Tara Brach 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. - Regency Ballroom Tara Brach, a leading teacher of Buddhist meditation and a clinical psychologist, will discuss our inclination to distract ourselves rather than forge strong emotional and spiritual connections and the role of psychotherapy in helping people break out of their everyday trance.
Morning Institutes Sessions (#600s) 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Workshops begin.

Lunch Break 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Box lunches can be purchased in the hotel's lobby or at the Gourmet to Go snack shop. In addition, there are many nearby restaurants and eateries.
Lunchtime Book Signings 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. - Diplomat Foyer & Birdcage Walk Tara Brach will be on hand to sign her latest books. Be sure to pick up any books by your favorite presenters that you'd like to take home and have them signed before the Symposium ends.
