Taking an Online Reading Course is easy!

Just follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the full list of Online Reading Courses
   To see a full description and Curriculum Overview, click on Additional Information.
   

2. Select the course you want to take, for example: OL102, Getting Comfortable with the Brain.

3. Click on Register Now!

4. Complete the registration form.
   In the space for "Online Reading Course," select the desired course from the dropdown list.
   

5. You will receive an e-mail confirming your course registration. SAVE THIS E-MAIL, which contains the links to the articles, a preview of the quiz, and the link to the Quiz.

6. To access the course materials, click on the first article title in the confirmation e-mail.

7. When the article appears, you have 3 options:

Print it out

Save it to a file on your computer to read later

Read it on your computer screen

As you finish reading each article, return to the confirmation e-mail and click on the next article title.

Earning CE Credits

To earn CE credits for this course, you will need to take the QUIZ after reading the course materials.

1. Before reading the materials, click on "Preview Quiz" in your confirmation e-mail. This is the same quiz you will take on-line when you've completed the reading materials. You can print out this quiz to refer to as you read the articles.

2. After completing the reading for the course, go to the confirmation e-mail and click on "Take Quiz Now."  Answer all the questions and click on Submit. You will be notified right away if you passed the quiz. If you didn't, you may take the quiz again.

3. A Certificate will be sent to you by email confirming the CE Credits you earned.
