By Rich Simon As therapists, many of us practice in two different worlds. In the first, we see polite, well-behaved, articulate clients with solid values. They engage fully in therapy, talk cogently about their problems, listen attentively to our responses, make reasonably good-faith efforts to follow our suggestions, and sooner or later get better. No wonder we genuinely like these people! 
I found this presentation by Ofer Zur to be most informative and timely given our digital age. However, I found Simon's comments/questions disruptive due to the time lag as his comments overrode Ofer's presentation. Can I suggest that the presenters deliver their material and that time be given at the end for questions/comments by Simon. Overall I am enjoying this training module.
