During the past 25 years of empirical research and clinical practice, we’ve learned an enormous amount about what keeps love and intimacy alive year after year. This Telecourse will show how the principles and methods of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) can provide an educational framework for couples to transform their relationships and strengthen their love bond. You’ll learn how to apply the major findings in the new science of bonding, attachment, and disconnection to address relationship distress, with an emphasis on how to conduct conversations that build a secure bond, address disconnections, and restore a love relationship.
